Standard behaviour. The old route is preferred initially, but escalation will take place, so finally any "better" route to the target is accepted

const SDK_UINT4 SDK_REROUTING_LINENAVI = 2

The original route has a stronger attraction for rerouting. The escalation is mostly suppressed. Also for calculation of new reroutes the old route has a configurable level of attraction itself. See SDK_NavigationSettings::ReRouteAttractionFactor
